Official LINE Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply commonly when users as defined in Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as "Users") use various services and all contents provided by the official LINE of Ayumi General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms stipulate the necessary matters for all individuals or entities (hereinafter referred to as "Users") using the Ayumi LINE official account (hereinafter referred to as "the Account").

Article 2 (Consent to Use)

Users must confirm and agree to these Terms before using the Account. By agreeing to these Terms, Users are also deemed to have agreed to the Ayumi LINE Official Account Operational Policy, which stipulates the handling of personal information, etc.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

The Association prohibits Users from engaging in the following acts when using the Services.

(1) Acts that violate laws, these Terms, or public order and morals
(2) Acts related to criminal activities
(3) Acts aimed at political or religious activities
(4) Acts that discriminate or promote discrimination based on race, ideology, beliefs, etc.
(5) Acts that slander or damage the honor or credibility of specific individuals, companies, organizations, etc.
(6) Acts that infringe on the patent rights, design rights, copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, etc., of the Association or third parties
(7) Acts for advertising, promotion, solicitation, sales activities, or other profit-making purposes
(8) Acts that are false or significantly different from the truth, or that promote mere rumors
(9) Repeated posting of identical comments by the same user
(10) Acts containing obscene expressions, etc.
(11) Acts that alter part or all of the content transmitted by the Association
(12) Acts that are believed to violate LINE's terms of use
(13) Other information deemed inappropriate by the Association and links containing such content
(14) Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Association's services
(15) Acts of transmitting or posting harmful computer programs such as viruses
(16) Acts of collecting or storing personal information, etc., about other Users
(17) Acts of impersonating other Users to use the Services
(18) Acts of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Association's services
(19) Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Association
(20) Acts that infringe on the property or privacy of the Association or third parties
(21) Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to the Association or third parties
(22) Acts for business activities or profit-making purposes

Article 4 (User Responsibility)

1. Users shall use the Services at their own responsibility.

2. If a User violates any provision of these Terms, the Association may restrict the use of the Services without prior notice.

3. The Association shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of actions taken by the Association under this Article.

Article 5 (Copyright)

1. All copyrights and other rights to the works used in the Account and the Services belong to the Association or the rights holders who have granted the Association permission to use them.

2. The Association may freely use and reuse information posted by Users, except for personal information.

Article 6 (Association's Responsibility)

1. The Association shall be exempt from liability to Users regarding the Services unless due to the Association's intentional or gross negligence.

2. Even if the Association is liable for any reason, it shall only be liable for compensation within the scope of direct damages that may ordinarily occur.

3. The Association carefully creates and manages all information and content posted on the Services but does not guarantee safety, reliability, accuracy, or completeness.

Article 7 (Notifications or Communications)

Notifications or communications between Users and the Association shall be made by methods deemed appropriate by the Association.

Article 8 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)

The Association may change the content of the Services or discontinue the provision of the Services without prior notice to Users.

Article 9 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

The Association may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Services without prior notice to Users if any of the following circumstances arise:

(1) When performing maintenance inspections or updates of computer systems
(2) When it becomes difficult to provide due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disasters
(3) When computers or communication lines are stopped due to accidents
(4) Other cases where the Association deems it difficult to provide

Article 10 (Changes to Terms of Use)

The Association may add, change, or delete these Terms without obtaining the consent of Users if deemed necessary.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer their status under these Terms, or any rights or obligations based on these Terms, to third parties without the prior written consent of the Association.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The governing law for these Terms shall be Japanese law.

2. Any disputes related to these Terms and the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
